Jesse Stommel <a href=\"https:\/\/teachinginhighered.com\/57\" target=\"_blank\">stated that kindness is a centerpiece of his teaching<\/a>. gonna get messy<\/p>\n<p>I've been surprised at how much messiness comes up on the podcast. <a href=\"https:\/\/teachinginhighered.com\/66\" target=\"_blank\">Ainissa Ramirez spoke about learning #10<\/h2>\n<p>Creating &#8220;times for telling&#8221; is more important than adhering to a consistent schedule\/format in hybrid classes<\/p>\n<p>Derek Bruff <a href=\"https:\/\/teachinginhighered.com\/71\" target=\"_blank\">shared about his flipped learning model<\/a>, which is quite different from how I've been approaching hybrid classes.
